My money was credited immediately. When I returned to the store they didn't have the same monitor but another one similar. My nephew was very happy with his gift!

Great monitor with mediocre audio

However, sound quality from the monitors has no base whatsoever. Really like the monitor though, very sturdy and has a clean look. Plugged it in and used it. Packaging was s great too.
