Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The monitor worked fine for a total of 4 months (just enough to not be covered under return policy of course) and then started blacking out randomly during regular use and then developed a horizontal line of dead pixels. Avoid the frustration of not having anyone at Best Buy to help you. I’m not sure about you but I think a product they advertise and sell should be able to work longer than 4 months with or without warranty. Invest a bit more money and get an LED monitor from a reliable brand. Learn from my mistake!

However, sound quality from the monitors has no base whatsoever. Really like the monitor though, very sturdy and has a clean look. Plugged it in and used it. Packaging was s great too.
