Excellent machine for the price. I was very impressed with the weight of it compared to my older gaming laptop. As soon as I received it I added a 1 tb ssd, the upgradability is also very nice.

Sturdy laptop, clear screen, and good value for the price. No issues with loading software and battery life is good for its size. Using it for gaming and it works perfectly.

I'm giving this a 4 star for a couple reasons. My laptop came with a power adaptor that did not work. So, I am still waiting on my new adaptor to show up. I am still able to use my laptop as I have another adaptor that I got. This has allowed me to check how the laptop would work using a usb-c connection. I have another Asus 13” laptop that has a usb-c power cord. This cord does charge the laptop; however, it does not charge fast enough if you are gaming. It also does not allow some futures to be used, like turbo mode. So, if you go places you would still need to take the power supply with you. it would have been nice to use a usb-c power supply as that is much smaller when out and about. On this matter, Asus's support took a while to get them to understand that it was the power adaptor that was the issue. they kept wanting me to send the whole laptop in. Was finally able to get them to understand I already verified it was the power adaptor as I was using another one and the laptop was working fine. It has 2 usb-a ports. I would have liked a third one. at this time, most peripherals still use a usb a connector. My mouse, headset and keyboard all use usb-1. As well as if they all were on the left side. not too big an issue having the one on the right side but that is where I use a mouse and at times can bump it. For a gaming laptop, only a 500-gig hard drive? I can see that if it had at least another 500-gig secondary. As this day a lot of games take up 100+ gigs now. I would also love to see laptops come with a mouse and mouse pad, and maybe some feet on the back to help raise the laptop up a bit more as they tend to vent from the bottom. My Asus 13” came with a triangle stand that you place the laptop on to bring the back up to vent. Getting the back off was not hard but it did have a couple different screws. easy to tell where they went but I miss the old Asus Rog laptops I had that only had a single screw that opened up the hard drive and ram spots. So would be nice to see something like that so you don’t have to remove the whole back. It seems to lag at times as well. Like fortnite, I’ll get some stutters now and then. Mostly at the start. I’ll see the FPS go extreme from over 100 down to 20-30. At the low times is when I get the stutter. Still playable, but annoying at the same time. And this is with it in turbo, full power mode and settings only on high. Outside of those things it is a great laptop. Most games ran smooth no issues. I did a quick video showing 4 games. Cod modern warfare, not the Warzone just online against bots, fortnite, csgo, and Ring of Elysium. All on high to highest settings and all so far ran great. I love how light the laptop is. It seemed to stay fairly cool for me. The bottom felt hot but that was it. I like how the wasd keys are a different color. Especially being that the keyboard is not RGB. The W key also has a dot on it that you can feel to help place your hand correctly. Overall a great laptop and for the price. I suggest buying at least a 1TB hard drive with this if you get this. If you only have the 1450$ to buy, Asus laptops usually go on sale all the time for a couple hundred dollars less so you could wait and see if that happens and buy it then and then be able to get the hard drive. Very fast laptop, easy to set up. I would recommend installing windows off of a usb so you don’t have all the annoying software they cram it full of from the factory.

Great for Gaming with High Settings and vr gaming. Would recommend upgrading to 32gb of ram for vr stuff but yea

We bought this computer for my daughters High School Graduation to get her ready for College. She has been satisfied for the last 4 months so far.

Laptop seemed grate for a week or so and then the screen started flickering was a gift and had no international warranty , even though it was a manufacturing fault ,my nephew has to pay to get it repaired.

Good spec. Thin screen smooth graphic in game, cool design and keyboard, but not for color display. If you do graphic things with adobe things, you might can consider other laptop

Fast gaming laptop. Great screen for a laptop. I can't say enough good things about this one. I would like to see more storage but for the price it can't be beat.

Internal computer works great - however a couple months into owning the screws started loosening and eventually falling out of the bottom. When I became aware, it was because the hinge separated on one side. 2 months into using laptop. I had recently had neck surgery so I couldn't take into get serviced. Once finally cleared to drive, Asus states its "accidental" and not covered. It was 100% faulty craftsmanship and no accident. I will NEVER purchase another laptop from Asus or Best Buy.

This laptop is wonderful for gamers on the go. Being able to play in my living room or my bedroom or in a hotel is awesome. Great graphics, and very fast.

Good laptop for office work. I am not a gamer so cannot comment on that side. I just use some video editing softwares and laptop is doing good on those

Not rugged but tougher than a regular laptop. Seems to be very good at engineering, graphics, and gaming.

25 days into using this laptop, it developed a crunching noise whenever the fan came on. god help me and my $1300 paperweight.

For a very thin gaming laptop it runs very well with great cooling due to the amount of exhaust it has

ok got this for the boy and man specs are amazing BUT screen bleeds are just horrible. Returning this mess back because this day in age a company like ASUS needs to be better. They are hands down better than any other company out there for products and this just makes me look like a fool when I recommended their products. Great performing laptop, and when it was on sale for $1200 it was by far the best value at the time.
