    Oh no here we go

    Like it a lot, except the part where the graphics card screwed up. Worked almost long enough to justify all the updating, downloading, and copying of all my stuff. Played Starcraft full blast, wide open, for all of 5 minutes!

    Poor quality and even worse support

    This laptop is terrible, and the ASUS warranty support is even worse. The laptop suffers from frequent spontaneous crashes/reboots. It goes to black screen with a colored bar across the top, similar to what other users of this laptop have reported. It has exhibited this behavior since it was a few weeks old. I did all of the normal troubleshooting steps (driver updates, BIOS updates, even factory resets). I reported all of the issues to ASUS support, along with the Windows Event Viewer messages fro WHEA-Logger indicating hardware failure. I had to send the laptop back to support (gone for over a week), and all they did was another factory reset and sent it back. Problem still exists, and ASUS will not replace the machine. They wanted me to send it back again. I explained that my son had only about a week between his semester ending in college and the start of his internship, so we were trying to get it repaired in that window. Since ASUS support was so inept and blew the opportunity to fix it, they just wasted the time. I've only ever dealt with Dell support before, and I can say that ASUS support is nowhere near the quality. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

    the laptop is great and all and has a nice view however the reason for my ratings is that best buy pulled a fast on me .. usually items i am allowed to return within 90 days but this only had like 15 days for return the reason i am wanting to return this ... the laptop at random times keeps crashing and restarting which is very inconvenient and annoying at this point when you had work that you forgot to save .. this is completely un reliable seems my only choice now is to take this to warranty which is still i am not sure if thats an option for me .. i dont have any other laptop to work on while its being checked on or fixed

      This issue is temporary if this is happening during or after the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. Please ensure all Windows cumulative or feature update are installed successfully to resolve the issue. Once update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application.     Photoshop is a breeze!

    It has been about 4months since purchasing this laptop and so far little to no complaints. I am a Graphic Designer so Adobe programs are constantly running. Photoshop is a breeze, doesn't slow down at all and I can open multiple programs at once. The only issue is when it comes to downloading files and images, the file saves twice; not sure why this is happening. Overall, I don't regret this purchase at all.

    This laptop has been fantastic. I purchased it almost two years ago and it is still just as quick and flawless as the day I took it out of the box. I purchased it for freelance graphic design and feel that it has exceeded my expectations in every way possible.

    DO NOT BUY THIS LAPTOP Three months into purchasing this, I have experienced complete unreliability with this laptop. Like another review for this computer, the laptop will randomly crash, freeze, restart, or emit a droning noise while the screen completely cuts out. I have purchased a macbook for the exact same price and it lasted me for SEVEN YEARS with absolutely no problems. For a laptop at this price, it needs to be foolproof and 100% reliable. It is not my responsibility to be sure that this computer is always updated, it's the responsibility of the manufacturers to make legitimate quality products. Never buying an ASUS computer again.

    Best quality laptop for your buck. Easy to use window's 11 with not only clean crisp picture for gaming also will work for small businesses. Fast refresh rates & load time's much lest then window's 10.

    Beautiful display. Sadly, I didn't get much of a chance to try out the other features. It only worked for a week and then would not turn on, despite showing that it was charging.

    I have always been an ASUS fan, so upgrading to this device was a plus. My only issue is that the screen sometimes randomly blacks out. I have to hold down the power button to get it up and running again.

    I bought this Vivobook two months ago to replace another Asus that could no longer wake up from sleep mode - I had to turn it off/on countless times to get it to come to life again. This Vivobook, on the other hand, went to sleep but never work up (and I don't mean its on a farm somewhere - it is actually dead) BestBuy couldn't help - said they had to send it to Asus and it would take up to two weeks to fix it. Two weeks is a long time to fix something this critical in a two-month old laptop that cost $1,699. Kudos to Best Buy for trying and giving me a credit. Today, I picked out a different brand. I can't recommend Asus.
