4 problems about my new ASUS
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.(1) If I unplug the charger cable and the laptop is on battery power, sometimes I need to press the power button multiple times and hold it down for a long time to turn on the device. This problelm occured a few days after I got it. (2) When I turn on the device, the page for entering the "PIN" doesn't appear. (3) My PC screen goes black after resuming from sleep mode. (4) The tech support in Jaimai is the worst I have ever experiences. I called 5 times for help about the above issue. On two occations, the technicians hung up on me after I described the issues. Another time, a technician told me to contact Microsoft about the PIN page issue. Another time, a female technician asked me to close and open the lid mutiple times. I told her the PIN page issue was not an everyday issue, it had occured several times after I got the PC. And I didn't have that problem the day I called her. She's very impatient and asked me to call back when I had the problem.

Sudden, Big Drop in Battery Life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very disappointed that battery life went from an average of 14 hours, to just 4 hours very recently... after only 5 months of owning the laptop. It's possible the battery suddenly went bad, but more likely it's some software problem. The battery life was the number one feature of this laptop, and the main reason for purchasing. Have already tried lowering screen brightness, setting best power efficiency mode, removing all unnecessary startup apps, running diagnostics in MyAsus app, and BIOS/UEFI diagnostics but nothing fixes it. Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this laptop or brand to anyone.

Slow and buggy

Bad BlueTooth radio keeps disconnecting.
