Delicate eyboard.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hi, wanna now something, what's missing from this sentence? illing me not to telll you but I can't type the letter (comes after J) Why? Don't now. Asus tells me it's not a warranty issue because they don't cover eyboards. Frustrating. The computer is fantastic. Love it, trying to get the eyboard fixed because I got a great deal at Best Buy and I really don't want replace it. It's snappy, boots quicly and handles even some more intensive tass very well. Just be careful with the eyboard. The board itself is great, nice feel and is comfortable to use, until it breas.

Great service

We were able to tirn ot in for repairs quickly and the Geek squad kept us inforrmed throughout the process.

Fingerprint Magnet

I said I did my best to clean it with a dry cloth. She wanted to refuse the return, but she took it anyway. I also told her that dirtiness is one of the reasons I decided not to keep it. Bought mine for $599 plus tax. It was on sale for $350 off. I might keep it if it is not a fingerprint magnet.

Got issues, needed to return

Ended up choosing another product 16”. The screen had some warping as well, which didn’t compromise usability, but still would prefer that it was fully flat.

Possibly good

The screen reflects too much light in daylight and the track pad has issues with left clicks. Does anyone want to buy mine?
