    Charging problem

    The laptop is light and the screen is large and of sharp quality. The issue is that the back of the computer was not completely sealed. I brought it in and it was sealed and checked for any dust or problem with the board. Nothing was found and then it was returned to me. When I returned home it was dead and when I tried to charge it, it would not take a charge. Not wanting to risk any future problems I exchanged it for a different brand. It is possible that the issue could have been quickly resolved, but this was the second issue with a purchased laptop, so I did not want to risk it.

    Not happy with the product or service on return

    Screen went out after 13 days. It was a great picture while the screen lasted. When we returned it we were told by I believe it was the Geek Squad manager that if the display hadn't stopped working he wouldn't have accepted it back because it had fingerprints all over it and supposedly a scratch on the back which we didn't see. This laptop sat on our kitchen table the whole time we had it so not sure how it would have been scratched and my husband repackaged it in the original packaging for return. Unfortunately, my husband has oily skin so he leaves fingerprints everywhere.

      We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing no video after 13 days of usage. If the laptop will not boot up or it's just black screen but the fan, please do the following: Please try to do a power cycle by pressing and holding down the power button to shut it down completely. If it still black screen after a few minutes, at least 10 minutes, please repeat the power cycle process again. If the laptop is applying updates in the System Registry, it will black screen temporarily until the update were applied successfully. Also, please try to disconnect the power cable and let the unit drain for 24 hours to clear the memory. This will reset the hardware to default settings. After doing this, please reconnect your AC adapter, do not power on the laptop until the battery was charged.     Best Buy at Conyers Georgia is scamming customers

    The bad review is for Beat Buy at Conyers Georgia not this laptop. Computer is beautiful and works great but after 1 week of use my wife opened the laptop to find a cracked screen. This is a common issue with new laptops some screens just crack. My issue is that Beat Buy customer service at the Conyers Georgia location refused to honer their return policy. Instead they attempted to up sale me a warranty. We only had the laptop for ten days so we were well within our 14 day window. However the manager refused to honor their return policy but instead wanted me to pay for a warranty. There was zero physical damage on the laptop. I had to call Bestbuy.com and now have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a return instead of the store that actually sold the laptop to honor their return policy.

    Black screen, can’t restart.

    I bought this computer for my mom. Based on good reviews and also it was a good price. She used it for one month and no issues and now she is getting a black screen. Can’t restart it, no buttons works, can’t even start in safe mode. After 2 days , start works again. And like this happened 4 times already. I guess we will just return it and buy another model. Very unhappy about quality because otherwise comp looks good and easy to use

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove the AC adapter.

    I bought this less than a year and have taken good care of it. The computer is super slow even with updates and lags when just browsing. I would save the money and buy something better next time. This just fits into the narrative that PC's are junk for the most part.

    Wrong laptop received

    Returned. Ordered open box-excellent contion from Tustin. When I received it the S/N on the laptop didn't match the box, and the screen was kind of dirty. When I returned it the customer service staff gave me some excuse that it happens sometimes. Excellent condition on their website says its in original packaging.

    60 days of use and broke

    with less than 60 days of use, took it back to the store which sent to favtory for repair. 30 days have passed and i still dont have my laptop.

    Used this laptop for one week. It then lost the ability to find or recognize any wireless networks. Brought it back to Best Buy. They were very helpful, and told me it was irreparable. They gave me a full refund on this item.

    Weak brackets snapped and physical damage was caused to the computer so its not covered. Very fragile. Low picture quality. Slow if watching videos or streaming.

    This was an awful purchase when I opened the box I found out that the screen was cracked and it didn’t even turn on after I spent 975$ dollars on this laptop
