    Bought an "Excellent" open box. Looked new, set up easy and ran nice and fast. Beautiful OLED screen, nice full lighted keyboard. Ran MS Office with no issues. Then Asus initiated a firmware update, and the laptop crashed and would not boot into Windows 11. I had to do a reset and lost everything, so I returned it. Asus did the firmware update automatically, so there's no way to refuse it.

    Excellent laptop, poor customer service

    When it works, this is an excellent laptop. However, it suffers from random screen blanking (relatively frequent) and random reboots (perhaps one every few days). Getting support for this laptop which was purchased only last month is very difficult. I had one chat conversation and I was given a case number, which I was careful to confirm. When I enter that case number to try to resolve the problem, it says that the number does not correspond to any case. This is more than frustrating. Online support would have me reflash the BIOS, which is what I would consider a last resort and something that should be unnecessary for a one month old computer. The only repair option is to ship it to southern CA, while I am in northern CA. I'll try again to have a chat with someone online and will revise this review, if I get a solution.

    Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because it’s a beautiful laptop with amazing features and great storage. Bought this laptop less than 2 months ago. I have all my work on it. I closed my lap top, went to get coffee, came back and it’s off and will not turn back on. I have done everything to try and get it on. No it wasn’t dead and even if it was I tried charging it. It just completely stopped working for absolutely no reason. So yeah it’s a great laptop if you want to spend $1000 for it to work for maybe 60 days.

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove all external devices such as the AC adapter, USB devices, etc.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.

    Tried getting my anti-virus software loaded, but it wouldnt let me, telling me i was using wrong password. Then i tried loading the printer and it came up with an error message and i had to put my name and phone number down to have someone from Canon call me. When they called me back, they looked through my system and discovered numerous foreign IP addresses on my computer, plus there was over 1100 other entries listed that needed to be cleaned up. Brand new laptop, i had to spend an additional $150 to get all this stuff cleaned off my laptop. Not a very good start. Best Buy didn't even give me my 2 gifts for buying this laptop.

    The computer doesn't have a good procesing capacity. It disconected from the internet for no reason and since it's a newer system it was harder for some technicians had a hard time understanding how to fix it and actually recommended me to change it:(

    I purchased this computer at BestBuy in Wichita, KS which I learned does not honor warranties of computers beyond a 2 week window. The keys began to fall off the laptop I purchased from BestBuy the 3rd week I owned it. Not only would Best Buy refuse to accept a return of the computer, the twenty-something salesmen's attitude was electronics are strictly buyer beware and would not even attempt a repair much less a refund. BEST BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

    Stalls and bogs down a lot

    Have had it for 4 months. I use it as a desktop. When it's not stuck it's decent... But it frequently stalls and bogs down a lot. Mouse disappears for 30+ seconds, a behavior I did not experience with my other much older laptop. Frustrating! Also RAM is not expandable... I would not recommend.

    Not quite ready yet

    The newer generation of ARM CPUs from Qualcomm still aren't where I'd like them to be. I also had issues with trying to get some of the new Windows AI features enabled. I ultimately returned the device. Battery life was only okay. Maybe my unit was defective in some way, but it's turned me away from Qualcomm's CPUs for now.

    Great machine but flimsy

    The screen is beautiful and the battery life is incredible but this laptop is very flimsy and easily bends. After one day in my bag and not being rough on it the thing was warped and wouldn't close all the way. huge gap on one side when closed I mostly do browser based activities so the app compatibility was perfect for me.

    Very nice laptop. I really like the lighted keyboard. But Windows 11 is not compatible with Big Fish games and that is the reason I bought it; to play games.
