Its a perfect laptop for our use case. Super lightweight. Perfect battery lifetime. It has ARM processor with Windows 11 ARM so definitely there can be some limitation for specific SW, games etc. But for office, web based SW work is perfect and thats why I bought it. And as a bonus full AI support with Copilot+

I’ve been using the ASUS Zenbook A14 with Snapdragon X Plus for a little while now and I am genuinely impressed. For the price point, this laptop punches far above its weight. The OLED display is absolutely gorgeous — colors are rich, blacks are true black, and everything from documents to videos looks sharp and premium. The 14" form factor is the perfect balance between portability and usability. Performance has been buttery smooth for everything I’ve thrown at it: multitasking, web work, office applications, media consumption, and general productivity. The Snapdragon X Plus chip paired with 16GB of RAM handles workloads effortlessly while staying cool and quiet. Battery life is also excellent — it easily lasts a full workday without me having to think about charging. Build quality feels solid and refined, the keyboard is comfortable for long typing sessions, and the trackpad is responsive and precise. Windows 11 runs beautifully on this machine and the Copilot+ features are a nice bonus for productivity. At $699, this is one of the best value laptops I’ve purchased in years. Would recommend if your looking for a laptop to carry around that is not too big or heavy. The finish on this is very smooth you can feel it when typing. This has a snapdragon processor making it one of the most energy efficient computers out there. More than enough ram and storage for most usages.

snapdragon processor is great. Very responsive. Like the light weight as well. Touch screen would be nice but at that price on sale it was a great buy.

I was surprised at how light this laptop is. I use this for business travel in a carry-on luggage, and it is half the weight of my previous laptop. It is just as powerful with Office 365 applications as my previous laptop with an Intel i7 CPU. I give it my highest recommendation.

I purchased this laptop for a family member going to college and she absolutely loves it! It arrived quickly, was easy to set up, is lightweight, and quite fast. Bonus - it was on sale at the time too. What more can you ask for?

This computer is ideal for travel because it’s super light. The snapdragon chip has built-in artificial intelligence that works before even going out to the web. Also, the camera and the sound recording are able to adjust for optimum performance on the fly.

Initialy few websites opened on chrome crashed the whole laptop. But I did the windows update and then it has been any issues from then. I would definitely keep it.it is light, compact and good display.

Great computer so far. It has a good speaker, a clean screen, and good connectivity to my phone. It's worked great for me thus far.

I think it's a great little computer. It has everything that is important to me. I'm still learning about all the things my old computer didn't have and having fun at the same time. I so much appreciate the wonderful sales price at Best Buy!

I had an Asus for 6 years and it was time for an upgrade since windows 11 is the new standard. I really like how light and fast this is. The color is very nice. So different from black, white or silver. Good job ASUS.
