This is my second ASUS laptop and I have enjoyed the simplicity of using it. The soft wear is up to date and user friendly. The colors are phenomenal and the clarity is amazing.

Speed and battery life are excellent. Used or personal use.

Love the design, the bright screen and it great capability

Nice size. Light weight. Bought a refurbished and so far been happy. Had to figure out how to turn off auto brightness and get rid of copilot ;) my son is IT and gamer and also likes it. Love how long bsttery last. I haven't been able to run it out yet. Sat at 8-10% for san hour surfing.

Love the laptop, looks good, very fast, easy keyboard; the only thing is I need to open it up before the accompanying separate monitor wakes up

I work with accounting software, and my databases are large with several windows open simultaneously. I haven't had any problems; development is incredibly fast.

We had a wonderful experience buying a laptop. We went into the store with certain criteria and the sales associate was great help explained each laptop started at the very basic and went to the best of all best. He answered all her questions and let us talk it over and help us get one ordered up and it came right to our house within a couple days and we’ve been ecstatic happy with our purchase.

I've spent the last few days setting up my new Asus Zenbook that Best Buy delivered promptly. The setup, including reinstalling all my apps, went flawlessly. I'm loving the OLED display. It's so easy on the eyes. The keyboard is very responsive. It is very fast both on- and off-line. I added a USB-C hub in order to add a network line, among other things. As a result, my internet speed literally doubled. I'm so pleased with my second Asus laptop, as well as with my experience with Best Buy.

I purchased this laptop and noticed some software glitches but then I did all the software updates and all is fine now. I think most of the issues people are having have to do with just making sure you update the software. It takes like an hour to install all of the updates. It seems to be smooth sailing from here on it. I have bought many, many Lenovo laptops in the past and for the most part they have been reliable, except for the minor weak wifi issues, and cheap build quality, so I decided to give Asus a try. The build quality of the Zenbook S16 is very good. I love everything about it. I just hope it lasts a long time. I hear it's hit or miss. I definitely think Asus is on the cutting edge in terms of products on the Windows PC side.

As soon as it was out of the box I was in love with it. Sleek, thin design and very light. I play a lot of Steam games and it handles them with no issues. The ONLY con to this machine is that it has only ONE USB 3.0 port. But I guess they are going out of style.

Had to bring the first one back due to missing drivers with touch screen. Got the new one works perfect.

Larger than expected but screen is great and battery has a long life.

TL;DR: I was shipped an "Excellent" open box unit that was essentially a filthy brick. Zero stars for Best Buy for shamelessly shipping me a dirty laptop in an unusable state and passing it off as "Excellent" (defined as working and looking like new), while charging me a premium price over "Good" and "Fair" condition. Hey, BB, this is known as fraud. The three stars are for ASUS, who thankfully included in their BIOS a cloud recovery... albeit a monstrous 14GB download (?!). Why did it come to that? Because WiFi wouldn't work at all during Windows setup... a dead end. After hours making the laptop usable (including a while of scrubbing the dirty smudges throughout the top), I'm mostly pleased with it... So far my main gripe is that the dimmest keyboard backlight level is still too bright for night use. I had to angle the reflective display away from me to keep it from mirroring the backlit keys. Some other cons include the so-so port selection, the lack of a privacy shutter for the webcam, and the lack of a fingerprint reader, which ASUS seams to refuse to include in their laptops. Things I like include the OLED display, materials, aesthetics, light weight, speed, storage & RAM capacity, large trackpad, large keyboard w/o numpad, sound system, overall value, and ASUS' tasteful & useful software/firmware aids.

If you can find at a discount...just buy it. Speakers will blow you away. OLED is great. KB is great. Trackpad is great. Just don't try to game with the thing in your lap.

This is a beautiful laptop. The design and display are impressive. However, it gets so hot on the underside and keyboard that I am not sure I am going to keep it. It is amazingly thin but it may be the thinness that that is causing the heat issue.

This is a case of a laptop that is based all on design with no thought of function (mainly heat dissipation). The build quality/4K touch screen/cpu speed/battery life are all very good, but because of how thin this laptop is, the heat build up is extreme. The keyboard and underneath get very hot/fans are constantly running. So typing on this laptop is not very comfortable. Also would be concerned for longevity based on the heat build up over time, depending on how heavily it is used.

Works great. Great graphics for a laptop, and runs excellently whether playing games or doing work. Very quiet keyboard, large mousepad and good battery life.
