While the aesthetics with the design and feel of this laptop are top-tier, there are better laptops more worthy of purchase on the market. While the technical specifications of this unit are mostly solid, it goes underutilized and remains unstable. Constant thermal throttling and BSODs (Blue Screens of Death) make this laptop unusable. No amount of thermal pad/paste reapplications or any bios updates will remedy or solve the problems occurred. Good luck with ASUS customer service if you end up attempting to contact them- they’re just as unreliable.

This product is an Excellent choice at a great price. The picture is exquisite. The resolution is beautiful. The refresh is quick and sharp. I’m able to navigate through the screens beautifully with great ease. I am very pleased with this product. There is more than enough memory as well.

Great laptop. Upgraded from a Lenovo Yoga 9i, battery life here is way better and laptop is shockingly light. Performs well and doesn’t get too hot or loud. Only slightly annoying part is there can be some glare in the screen if using in a bright environment

I wanted to love this laptop since it ticks all my boxes, but it just gets too hot, as other reviews have mentioned. When browsing and watching YouTube, it gets warmer than I'd like. But when it's plugged in, it gets shockingly hot, even after the latest BIOS update that was supposed to fix this. The battery life isn't great either; I get about 6 hours in these conditions. Everything else is excellent, with top-notch fit and finish, but I'll be returning it due to the heat issue.

Enjoying this Asus computer. The computer color is very pleasing to the eye; keypad stays lit; the touch screen is wonderful!

The laptop looks amazing, very thin and light. However, i ran into a major issue. When I rest both hands on it in the typing position and used the touchpad with my thumbs, the touchpad cannot be clicked because my hand weight caused the chassis to deform, which resulted in the touchpad being clicked. All gestures were messed up and the trackpad became unusable at all. A haptic touchpad will get rid of this issue but unfortunately Asus decided not to put it on this model. Otherwise, I really like the design, the color, the screen and thr performance. Unfortunately, i had to return it because of this major design flaw :(

Easy setup, nice touch screen. Has the capabilites i need. I dont buy s new computer just because, i buy one when the old one is just no longer meeting my needs. My research says this will meet my needs for many years.

I bought it open box in good condition, which you might see something wrong like scratch and what not, but it started having problems with the screen. First the touch screen feature stopped working. Which I found strange, but then 2 days later it black screen while it still turned on. I tried everything from complete hard reset to resetting the gpu. It worked for a day until the screen just completely died. It wasn’t the screen being unplugged or anything, it was the literal screen leaving this world for good. Apparently a lot of Asus laptop especially the zenbooks and newer model have the same issue. So I can’t even recommend a laptop from Asus. I suggest looking away from Asus until matters like this resolved. Only reason I give it 3 stars is cause it was still under warranty. However, without it the screen alone would’ve cost 5000 to replace and to me that isn’t worth.
