    Overheating

    Just started using this new laptop for a week. I have noticed overheating issue which led to screen going black out and I just could not turn it back on. My previous ASUS laptop lasted for 13+ years without any major issues which is the reason why I purchased my 2nd ASUS laptop but it is a bit disappointing.

      We sincerly apologize that your device is currently unable to reboot due to overheating. This is not the kind of quality to expect from our products and it's not the norm. Based on the issue described, we recommend performing a Hard Reset.

      Hard Reset
      1. Remove the AC adapter.
      2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
      3. Reconnect AC adapter.
      4. Turn on the power of the device.

    Perfect Laptop If Properly cooled

    Great laptop the only downside is it gets hot no matter what especially when you plug the charger in. I guess it to thin to properly cool this chip. otherwise it has nice specs

    Great screen, fast boot-up, nice keyboard, very reflective screen, however, windows install errors are the actual problem.

    Sleek on the outside, Powerful on the inside

    Purchased this for an older relative who was in need of a laptop with a larger screen. Had a few issues with transferring data from an older Windows 10 laptop to a Windows 11 one, so went about it manually, though I know software exists to facilitate this. Haven't heard any complaints, and it looks to be running smoothly.

    Don't get me wrong, this is a great laptop if you're using it for relatively non-demanding tasks. It's beautiful in every way and works great, but because of how thin it is, the thermal restrictions prevent it from being used effectively for most demanding tasks. A base of 24 gb is better than 16 gb, however.

    Great laptop, though would recommend to add PTM7950 to it. If you're doing programming 24gb is enough, and the cpu is way more than enough.
