Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything is good except for two issues that lead to my return: 1) the over heating issue when it's plugged in - it's too hot not just at the bottom but also on the top surface, making it hard to use at all. 2) the keyboard is very not visible and very hard to see the letters on it.

I have noticed overheating issue which led to screen going black out and I just could not turn it back on. My previous ASUS laptop lasted for 13+ years without any major issues which is the reason why I purchased my 2nd ASUS laptop but it is a bit disappointing.

Hard Reset
1. Remove the AC adapter.
2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.
3. Reconnect AC adapter.
4. Turn on the power of the device.

It's beautiful in every way and works great, but because of how thin it is, the thermal restrictions prevent it from being used effectively for most demanding tasks. A base of 24 gb is better than 16 gb, however.
