I really hate that I need an external drive these days but ASUS never disappoints. Easy fast work.

This works great with my Asus laptop. Bought this to read/download photos from dvds. It's replacing a LG that was unreliable at best & finally crapped out. This Asus is a big improvement.

Works perfect, a must need for tablets and other devices.

I have a laptop that cannot play dvd and this gadget here has been a life saver. It works really well and it really helped with my presentation on our Zoom training. I really recommend this.

Great purchase! Originally purchased this to view pictures on some cd’s but is also great for backing up files to cd’s. Would highly recommend!

Didn't use it a lot, but so far so good. The CD player in my computer stopped working when a newer version of Win10 was installed. Techs said the newer version wasn't compatible with it. The Asus works with it.

Sweet little drive. Two types USB cable provided. Discovered I needed an external drive when building new PC. New case doesn't have bays. :-( Anyway, nice device, works quietly and is rather speedy for reading but I haven't tried writing anything.

DVD drive works great but requires 2 USB ports. I wish the website had made this more apparent as I would have preferred a drive that only needed one port.

This is an external CD/DVD-RW. Just need to plug it in and its recognized immediately. No issues with the unit, does the job just fine and looks ver good.

Good portable drive. Comes with CD that has some additional software that helps utilize it. Works with other software as well.

Bought this for backup and for viewing movies ... don't know when I'll actually use it, but the system (Windows 10) actually recognized it, so I guess I'm good to go.

It's not the fastest but it gets the job done. Slim, lightweight, and not too noisy. Nothing extra needed. Just plug and play!
