    I use this drive for displaying DVDs and also for burning CDRs. Clear quality video. Burns 30-40 minute audio recordings in about five minutes.

    A lot of devices still use disks to install their programs. You can take a chance and download it off the internet or use this as computers are starting to get rid of the optical drive to save space, plus it's fun to watch an old DVD from time to time.
