Great phone, crap screen

I hope I can figure out a way to pull the data off this phone cuz there's a lot of photos from a trip that are stuck on here.

Thank you for your review. I certainly understand your dissatisfaction with the speaker issue that you encountered. Please try booting your device into safe mode to see if there are any changes to sound. Also you want to check if your firmware is updated to the latest version. You can delete the cache as well just in case there is corrupted data. To do this press volume down and hold. Then press volume up and release. To get into recovery mode power off your device. Boot into recovery mode by pressing and holding volume down and power button at the same time. Release all buttons when the ASUS Zenfone logo appears. Last thing would be resetting your device back to factory settings (Note: please backup your data before you do factory settings) and updating the firmware immediately. Poor phone for the price

I returned this phone for not working properly and the one I got in place of the other one does the same crap. When you are trying to do something it will just shut you off or the screen will turn black, It freezes all the time, and when typing the letters will disappear and then you will have to bring them back up to finish typing. Over all this phone "SUCKS"

On the contrary, lots of satisfied customers, having positive experience using the product, will agree with me that the unit is a decent system that is perfect for running popular mobile computing applications, without compromising system stability and performance. In order to prevent this from occurring, if running with the battery only, please make sure the battery has an ample amount of charged life. Also, please do not run any power-hungry software or application. Running these applications will cause auto-shutdown when battery life is running low. To resolve the system freeze or stability issue, please verify if the unit is getting an excellent coverage from the cellular network. If you are accessing applications through a WIFI or Hotspot, please make sure the unit is getting an excellent signal and internet service is working properly. Also, please make sure the phone is running with the most current OS update. You may also try launching Mobile Manager application and run the Boost utility program. Would not recommend this phone to anyone that is looking to but a phone. The specs are good for the price but the quality and reliability sucks!

Please try to close all apps running in background by tapping recent apps key and Clear all. Perform Boost by sliding down the screen from upper area to access Quick settings and then tap Boost. The apps crash on this phone, but never have had these problems with other phones. I miss calls. About 80% of them. All APNs set up properly. Also only 4g speeds.
