There are lots of bells and whistles that i wont ever use. Adding contacts is a little cumbersome. Sound quality is fine. Not as intuitive as other phones ive had in the past.

With 2 functions on some of the buttons, if you don’t press in the correct place the incorrect function is activated. One function per button would be much more user friendly.
