    Phones for land lines are primarily for older folks. That is why I bought this for my mom. Unfortunately, she will probably have to return them because they are too complicated. We assumed they included "call waiting" notification but that doesn't appear to be available. If it is on there, she can't find it. She doesn't know how to get help and I live almost 600 miles away. So if a younger, tech-savvy person needs a land line phone, this might be ok, but not for the older crowd.
