Big mistake, huge!

Lesson learned, do not fix what does not need fixing. I miss my caller ID, this phone does not have it. So what it ring when I receive a call on my cell? It does not do anything for me! There is an echo, every time I'm on the phone I get scared somebody is listening to my conversation. I have each unit placed on three different floors in my house, I keep moving them around because they cannot find the base. I'm on the verge of throwing this phone away because I can no longer return it!

Not a good buy

The sound quality is very poor. You can barely hear even when the volume is turned all the way up. I have found this to be true of all of the AT&T cordless phones. I don't recommend these. They weren't expensive, but you get what you pay for.
