Don’t buy

I purchased these for my parents (they had Panasonic before) and they are horrible. I can’t even figure out how to use them. Also my mother threw away the packaging from Best Buy so they can’t be returned. Lesson learned. Not a fan of AT&T or Best Buy.

Poor design logic

Can only retrieve messages from base unit, not other phones. Large central button is not to answer phone, but it blocks calls from that number. Takes 2 buttons to answer. I returned it and bought a Panasonic.

No call screening feature

These days, screening for far-too-numerous spam calls is an essential “Must-Have” feature. When we realized the basic feature wasn’t included, I returned it to a store. I really compliment BB for excellent customer service.

Will not buy this product again. After only 4 months it needs replacing.

Too hard to connect in phone (not happy at all)

Book has directions but they are over 100 pages to read. I am 71 yrs old. My neighbor had to come over to connect for me. But I still do not have it working as it should. NOT really happy with these phones. I wonder can I return them back?
