Disappointed

Didn't get to set it up til yesterday and it's a gross inconvenience. Would like to exchange it if possible. It's for home use and really annoying. For office use I'm sure it's fine.

Had it less than a week and had problems with getting a dial tone. Connected back my old set and it is still working. My old phones were AT&T and that is why I purchased the same brand.
