Non working phone

Or I'll try to answer the phone at my desk and know there is a connection but you can't hear the person on the line. I have lost many a call this way. I plan to return the phone.

Some of the steps aren't stated clearly in the instruction pamphlet. Is prone to making loud sqealing/ringing noises when certain actions are performed. I hate it.
