Love the spam call blocking feature. Perfect phone system if you live in a cell phone dead zone.

I had problems from the beginning with not being able to get to certain entries in the phone directory; assumed they weren't there, tried to add, it said already there, and still could not display them. Then I had at least 2 people who could not get through... it would ring twice and then hang up on them (just fyi, with my new phone, they called in with no problem at all so definitely not a problem with my phone company). They were not blocked calls, and not sure that's the way a blocked call would be handled anyway. It would intermittently also tell me "no power" but I don't know why .. everything was always plugged in, phone batteries showing a good charge. Maybe it was just me but I an really sorry I bought this product and wish I hadn't taken so long to give up on them... .wasted time and now phone is no longer returnable... sad waste of $65 (phone and tax)

My mother-n-law wanted this phone for the simple reason it announces who’s calling and she loves it

The phone looks and works just as expected. Would recommend!

The equipment is sturdy but the instruction manual is not technically well-written. We have tried many variations to get each particular function to work. As a result, some of the functions have not yet been enabled.

I like the phones but I wish there was one extra one for me to pick up while I am at the table.

The message waiting light is dim. Hard to see from more than a few feet away during the day. A bit better in the dark but nowhere near as good as a previous AT&T system that I had. Also, when using long key sequences for a phone number that requires multiple key entries, I have been finding that the key tone gets stuck on frequently which messes up my call. Very frustrating. The key itself is not stuck but the tone remains on. Only tried one handset so far but I was already considering a return dues to the DIM message light. I have not tired any of the other new features.

As usual by the time I was able to test each phone, I found some weren't in perfect working condition. I have always found the Panasonic brand to be questionable.

While they work fine - setting up the robocall blocker is extremely challenging. I’m still not sure I have it set right - as calls still seem to come through. It shouldn’t be this hard. Otherwise phones work well.

Very nice, full featured phone system. Bluetooth capability, and even works with cell phones!

Good phone it's for the house so I don't use it much. I like the answering machine built in.
