Not for older people

That is why I bought this for my mom. Unfortunately, she will probably have to return them because they are too complicated. We assumed they included "call waiting" notification but that doesn't appear to be available. If it is on there, she can't find it. She doesn't know how to get help and I live almost 600 miles away. So if a younger, tech-savvy person needs a land line phone, this might be ok, but not for the older crowd.

Home phone fail

This phone was highly rated and good reviews. Why? No clue. I’m not impressed. None of the features are working. The sound from the earpiece makes everyone sound like they are in a tunnel and not very loud even turning the volume all the way up. The speaker option is a joke. Not any louder or clear. I give it two starts because it was easy to set up and does work. I will be returning this item.
