These were hard for my mother to use. The numbers have to be pressed pretty hard. I never knew exactly how to use all of the possibilities.

The phones don't ring simultaneously. you can hear them ringing around the house at different times. Other than that it works "Okay".

wish the keys lit up other than the numbers, being a new phone and unfamiliar with where the buttons were, it was difficult to answer in the dark.

Love the phones unfortunately the echoes I can’t take it I have tried to reset the mode and everything else I could do but no luck

Difficult to set up. Many features but hard to find basic tasks.

Unable to turn up or adjust volume. Phone doesn't have this impt capability feature - Useless for my elderly parent with hearing issues.

Not as good as the Panasonic I had. There is static that did not exist in the Panasonic.

Phones were for a elderly persons use. Not east to hook up or use. Directions very confusing.

AT&T does not respond to question I had on operations. Best buy said I could join two sets together and it did not work

I purchased these phones for my 90 year old Mom and find that they are mediocre. The sound quality is very poor. You can barely hear even when the volume is turned all the way up. I have found this to be true of all of the AT&T cordless phones. I don't recommend these. They weren't expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Don’t waste your money these were great in the beginning, but they’re less than a year old and I had to throw them away because the key numbers were getting stuck and you couldn’t make a complete call.

If we wanted our Cell phone connected it would be great; only wanted set for Home phone use only - too complicated otherwise.

The phones are functional. But they are smaller than they look.

3 extensions seem like a good idea but each battery in phone does not hold charge for long

Absolutely Cannot make a wireline call even though connected to home phone line. Call Only on Wi-Fi. Completely unsatisfactory!

This phone has been quite challenging. I can’t get the ringer to go to 6. It’s stuck on 2 and then answering machine picks up. I then have to figure out who and return the call after I’ve run they the house. Still can’t figure out the cell phone connection. A little too high tech for senior citizen,

Feels cheap, and requires deleting the same phone number on each handset. Would not purchase again. However, the customer service at Best Buy has always been pleasant.

This phone set apparently is not designed to work with our apple cell phones. May be returned for a credit or cash refund.
