Had trouble with this phone from the beginning. Contacted manufacturer to resolve transmission issues(inability to hear caller,caller could hear me). Customer Support talked me through a reboot. Phone worked fine for +- 1 week,then went out again. Contacted service provider and for assistance, service repaired a few days later,went out again after acouple of weeks,same problem. RETURNED

This system has many functions but it not easy to set up. I purchased it for my 92 year old mother who does know how to operate a computer, iPhone and Kendall but this phone is way to complicated. I am wishing I had not bought it but will make due.

Not happy with this set. Will disconnect in middle of call. Handset in my bedroom will not complete calls. Feature that allows cell calls to go through handset is great, but using as a regular phone is challenging. Too late to return.

AT&T has proven once again they cannot make home phone. The call block feature does not work. When a number is put in to dial and you decide wrong number you have to backspace to remove. The customer service line suck and is no help. Now I’m stuck with a product that sucks!

2 weeks return time causes me to not want me to shop at Best Buy. I still cannot make this telephone system to work and am losing calls daily. Ugh!!! Now I have just lost $70+ dollars and have to buy another at a different store.

Was not satisfied with my purchase, the phones weren't working correctly. Could not return due to your short return policy. Had to pack them up and mail to the manufacturing company. Costing me postage and time. Would have been easier for me to return to the store. Had them less than a monrh.

I have a hearing problem, and people tell me they cannot hear me. We have made adjustments by calling AT&T and continue to have issues. Not sure if it is me, or the product.

Avoid this like the plague!! Purchased and set it up. Worked fine for about 30 days then we encountered an issue where I could hear callers but they couldn't hear me. Hummm ... OK - took it back to Best Buy and they ordered me a replacement (was in the extended return window thankfully!). Set up the replacement unit and it worked great until yesterday when the exact same problem occurred. It's been 60 days since I received my replacement and I'm outside the return window so I'm stuck with a worthless non-working phone system. Once is a problem - twice the same issue is a trend. STRONGLY recommend you avoid this phone system
