Avoid this like the plague!! Purchased and set it up. Worked fine for about 30 days then we encountered an issue where I could hear callers but they couldn't hear me. Hummm ... OK - took it back to Best Buy and they ordered me a replacement (was in the extended return window thankfully!). Set up the replacement unit and it worked great until yesterday when the exact same problem occurred. It's been 60 days since I received my replacement and I'm outside the return window so I'm stuck with a worthless non-working phone system. Once is a problem - twice the same issue is a trend. STRONGLY recommend you avoid this phone system

Tried out first time with talk feedback in phone of person talking to. AT&T trouble shot and was unable to get it working properly. They told me to return it to Best Buy and exchange it probably something not good in set. Second set was same problem after having a tech fellow set it up for me and became tired of calling AT&T and spending 117 minutes on phone to try to trouble shoot it. Got tired of trying and took second set back and got refund. May try another set by a different manufacturer later.

Bought this product in March'23. First hand set stopped working by end of May'23. 2nd handset stopped functioning in July'23 and 3rd one acting up. This product is a true electronic garbage. Don't waste your money on this.

Though the system claims to be "expandable" (needed 6 total handsets), I returned these after purchasing and looking for extra handsets (not available anywhere including BestBuy, which I would think should stock handsets for an expandable system they sell)! I had an even worse experience with the first Panasonic system I bought (manual states non-existent part number for expansion phones)! I ended up with VTech, which is really, truly expandable!

The phones are still in the opened box because even though the salesperson said that it would be very easy to add two phones to the 4 we already had here...it's not. I may have to return them.

Item was defective, the base unit was causing the dial tone to cut off intermittently. I returned it at Waterford Lakes and received good customer service.

My husband and I are both in our 90;s so we are having trouble with the new set. Right now, it says we have 5 missing calls but I can't find them. The message on the home base does not show I have any calls. This is a home phone. I don't do pictures.

You can’t program the names of each phone. They are given numbers so you have to remember which number is where to page it or page all. Must return phone to correct base location Also was defective out of the box. Phone continues to ring after answering.

Keeps losing dial tone -- only way to get it back is to unplug and plug back in. Had it 4 weeks AND TOO LATE TO RETURN... Very unhappy with product.

Great phones for someone that does not have any memory problems. Not a good phone for a person that has Alzheimer's.

System requires constant resetting - in the last two weeks the phone system will randomly lock up when dialing out and receiving calls. You cannot hear the caller on the other end even though it appears to connect on the other end. After unplugging the system and then plugging back in it works fine for a while. Have checked with local phone carrier and validated that it is the phone not line. Of course this starts just outside of the 30 day return period - now i have a piece of junk and have purchased a better system.

In the 3 weeks we had the phone, I have had to unplug and plug in the base unit 3 times to reset it. The hand set loses the ability to hear a conversation. It rings and the other party hears you but you can’t hear them. Wouldn’t recommend it

Horrible!! Did not recognize was not even recording messages would let you know you had a message, but nothing there. I missed SO many messages due to this horrible piece of equipment. I will be taking it back ASAP ‼️.

This phone has been a total nightmare and with multiple problems, I have a new one now that phone rings only twice and goes straight to voice mail. Looked it up on the AT@T web site and they have multiiple solutions for this but I am fed up with trying to figure this mess out so I am returning it too Best Buy tomorrow!!! D. Lewis

received it damaged and return it and it has been over a month and i still do not have my credit for the return and the have confirmed that they have received the return back but here it is June 2nd and they are telling me to wait an other 4 days and that i would receive an email and never recived the credit for it as of 06-02-2022

Took this back to store as it keep loosing power to unit. had to unplug 4 or 5 times before we had it for 1 month. purchased 5/24/21 and returned 6/11/21

lags when dialing number. slow response. Not as good as the older model I had. Not recommended.

If you’re trying to buy this for the connect to cell, just know that it does not allow you to place calls, only accept incoming calls via the handsets. This was with an iPhone, which does not have the Connect2Cell app. That is only on Android it appears.

Sound on the phone is not loud enough very disappointed compared to my older model of the same brand.

Unable to insert a 1 for long distance calls redials. My last phone did this. It also rings twice on the other side before rininging in the home.
