Very difficult to get to the directory my mother unable to operate phone

Last one on shelf so I bought it . Doesn't work well for me . Didn't return it . My problem .

Horrible phone system. Very difficult to set up and use. Still can't figure out how to do some items. The time on the base unit and phones changes constantly...won't hold the time. This phone should come with a class on how to set it up and use it. Frustrating to say the least. Don't buy.

I still haven’t been able to get this phone set to work, I have read and reread the directions but still can’t figure it out.

The quality and performance of these phones are not worth the price paid. Reception is not good the vast majority of the time.

i cant get it to stop screening calls so a lot of my calls are not going thru

Not easy to use I have to have the manual with the phone at all times an having trouble keeping a dial tone.

Absolutely hated these. I purchased these for my parents (they had Panasonic before) and they are horrible. I can’t even figure out how to use them. Also my mother threw away the packaging from Best Buy so they can’t be returned. Lesson learned. Not a fan of AT&T or Best Buy.

It blocks calls but, of course, after return time ended, I often can’t answer calls on it.

These phones are not the best. Half the time, they ring, they will continue a constant ringing with no possibility to answer

Poor sound quality and so many bells and whistles it's too complicated a phone if your looking for a basic phone.

Worst phone system i have ever owned. Can only retrieve messages from base unit, not other phones. Large central button is not to answer phone, but it blocks calls from that number. Takes 2 buttons to answer. I returned it and bought a Panasonic.

Terrible sound. Functions are not easy to use, VM only shows up on phone, does not give alert signal. Bought this one to save $!0, wrong choice on our part.

We had to return this set because there was a delay when someone was calling you vs when the phones actually rang.

Disappointed there is no way to have call numbers announced. These days, screening for far-too-numerous spam calls is an essential “Must-Have” feature. When we realized the basic feature wasn’t included, I returned it to a store. I really compliment BB for excellent customer service.

Very unhappy with phones. Unable to person when call is incoming and sometimes when making out going calls.

The phone stops working after 30 minutes on the phone. some callers cannot reach us as the phone does not ring. Will not buy this product again. After only 4 months it needs replacing.

The phone dropped calls; party could not hear me when I speak.
