The phones didn't work right you couldn't here the person on the other end

Quality is not great, seems very flipsy and weak I am not happy with the set.

These phones dud not meet my expectations. Too complicated to use.

I purchased this to use with my iPhone SE. Numerous reviews said it doesn't work with this phone. So far it's working just fine with my iPhone both receiving and dialing out. I am trying to replace a landline, but wanted multiple headsets to answer or talk from and this is doing it. The one thing I don't seem to be able to do is see incoming caller ID information. Instead, it shows my cell phone information (my name and cell phone number) when incoming calls register on caller ID on the handsets and not the caller ID of the incoming caller. I'm still trying to figure out if that's a setting or just not an option when using and iPhone. The only other thing is voice quality does sound a little tinny compared with my existing Pansonic cordless phone but that's also been my experience with other AT&T cordless phones I've had over the years. It's got far too many buttons and settings for this Gen-Xer to want to bother with, but the set-up of pairing with a cell phone was pretty easy. It's hard for me to give it a star rating as I haven't had it for more than a day, but just wanted to share my positive experience pairing and iPhone with this set.

We have had an older model of this phone for well over a decade. We were very excited to see this phone offered at such a good price with all the additional features. Unfortunately, we use our landline primarily for simple outgoing/incoming calls and intercom calls between our upper and lower daylight rancher levels. This model removed the intercom button and now requires you to push a button for the menu, then push arrow keys, then push to select intercom, and then push the number of the handset you want to call. This turns the simple 2 button intercom system into a more involved process that is now slower than picking up our cell and saying Hey Google/Siri call Home. We cancelled this order and will hope to find a version of this phone that substitutes one of the more advanced features for an Intercom button on the phone. We have loved our AT&T cordless phone and this would have been a fantastic upgrade if we didn't use the Intercom as much as we do.

These phones are easy to set up and work well from my 89 year old Mom. The volume can be adjusted for those hard of hearing, the buttons are large but not awkward and the Intercom works quite well. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a nice set of 4 phones--one for each room- I find it convenient to have one at my elbow day and night. Easy to set up also. Happy with Best Buy's AT&T. Price was fair!!

BEST EVER. the smart block on these phone kill all the robo calls!!!! you may have to allow the robo calls you do want like your pharmacy or wany company that you sign up for robo calls with for me its CVS, but once you put them on the allow list its all good. I have mine set to screen EVERY CALL. our lives are so much more peacefull.

We love many features of this answering machine. It lets you put your phone contacts into the machine by just placing the phone nearby. If someone calls not on the list of known numbers, it prompts the caller to say who they are (ei. It is the plumber) and then you pick up by pushing one or two (two adds it to contacts). It has cut down on so many spam callers because they do not leave their name. It also allows to cell phone numbers be on the machine and it tells you when you are getting a cell phone call. You cannot pick up the cell call but it is helpful if you do not have your cell right with you to know someone is calling.

So far so good, it serves the purpose in which it was bought

The phone works, but audio is low--I have to have it on speaker to hear the person on the other end well.

I had this phone for many years and now it was time to replace it, so replaced with the same model. Many of the same features, and a few new ones that are great

Interesting phone. Has a number of new features on the system itself but I really like that it answers and announces for my cell phone too.

They are easy to use and look great. Similar to what I replaced.

Good buy for the money, great service. Added phone service to a room without it. Being mobility challenged, it is necessary to be able to call for help no matter where you are.

I needed to replace my land line phone system. This was a decently priced option. It has some top features - able to connect to a cell phone, block call button, and a long range reception. The keys do seem a bit still when I dial out.
