Had to return two phone systems due to the failure of the batteries holding a charge...couldn't talk for more than 20 minutes or less.

I bought this set of phones for my 83 year old mom. They work great, and are simple to use.

Works great, had to buy this one the one I had over 10 years was out dated. Love this set.

Phone takes a little getting used to, but blocking function is mighty useful.

Although I did not purchase this phone system from Best Buy from Best Buy, the consumer should know that AT&T does not support their warranty. One of the phone locators was not functionable, I contacted AT&T and they couldn’t even offer me a department of who I can reach. They simply said to contact the seller For any further issues. From this experience, I realize that AT&T does nothing about taking responsibility for the products that they attach their name to

I am not a real fan of this phone. Programing some of its features is very difficult. It is not user friendly.

Difficult to program. We have had this for two years and both receivers are not working, Phone rings but no VM and we cannot answer. Paid Spectrum for a service call, but found out it was the phone not the service.

We get a squeal when we use two extensions with one incoming call. We are on separate levels in the house. Why the squealing, how to eliminate the squeal?

Not so good. Phones are top heavy in the charger/ holder base. If slightly bumped they will fall out. I found them hard to balance in the charge/holder base. The base station/answering system the phone is very hard to set in. They do not seem to be of the same quality construction of older phones. This is my last AT&T system.

I like the phone but the directions in your guide book are terrible very hard too figure out. Also hare to delete old missed calls.

This set does not have the long range that is advertised. It barely works 3 rooms away from the base.

Worst product ever--it completely broke down within two weeks: stopped taking messages, bases stopped working, uncontrollable rings, really it was almost comical.

very disappointed with this phone. would not buy it again. as a matter of fact, would love to return it

Took back the within few weeks. Does not work will.

We are having problem with this phone. We get disconnected while in middle of a call.
