I needed a phone system that was reliable & easy to use. I am elderly & ware hearing aides. This phone has met my needs.

We purchased these phones to replace our old 4 piece AT&T Cordless phones that the batteries were not staying charged. So far they all are working properly and easy to use. We like the intercom feature that lets you call the other phones in the home.(Instead of yelling throughout the house) They sound clear unless one is near other strong electric devices.

This is my 3rd att system and it just keeps getting better. Easy plug and use.intuitive user friendly with walk thru technology.priced reasonable and worthy quality.has Bluetooth as well to merge with ur phone. Will not disappoint

I did not like this phone because the directory was cumbersome to use. There were too many steps before locating the person you want to call. Also, the print was small. The sound was good and the volume could be raised or lowered as needed. I would only recommend this to a young or computer-savvy person. It has blue tooth and can connect to a cell phone. I did not need these functions.

This system works quite well. Connects with cell phones perfectly and you can then make/receive cell calls from the handsets Vs. your cell. Range and reception are excellent as are the features. Backup power through a handset is very handy. Only issue we had is that first unit was DOA. BestBuy replaced without issue and it's been smooth sailing ever since.

So I bought my last phone @ best buy like 20 years ago, a single sturdy water proof phone. Needless to say it was a difficult breakup. So I was in the market for a top of the line AT&T home phone that would have certain features including but not limited to an intercom, five extensions, Bluetooth for cell phone connections and had to meet consumer reports as 1 of the top 10 phones for 2017. So with average investigation, this was the one for me and my growing family. This particular model didn't show ALL the features you have at your fingertips with this phone. Did I mention the awesome base that also has a port to charge your cell or other USB bluetooth attachments! Okay so to sum it up, your getting your money's worth. P.S. Great portable phone set with four hand sets and one base unit with hand set. Long range and clear reception. Located hand sets in basement, garage, home/office, bedroom and family room. Never far from a phone but has convenient answering message system. Best feature is the caller ID to filter those nuisance calls.

This is a replacement to an earlier set of AT&T phones. They were old and the batteries were no longer holding up but otherwise were great. Also needed for cordless handsets and this set fills the bill nicely. Excellent reception, easier to hear voice caller ID. I am quite happy with this set

Wanted multiple portable phone set with clear sound, speakerphone option and easy functions. Got it all with this newest, 5 handset AT&T model. No problems so far and has good range reaching third floor and basement from base unit I located on the second floor. Has the bells and whistles I needed.

My #1 concern was range and this phone has excellent range covering a large house. Sound quality is also great. But the major drawback is the difficulty setting it up and the major problem understanding and using the features, following the manual and the many options--too many. This latter consideration limits my willingness to recommend it: this "Review" requires a yes or no answer(below)-- not fair.

Good phone set for the price. Good sound quality. I like that it announces the caller. You don't have to pick up unless you want to. It also allows for blocking if those annoying robo calls.

So far so good! Had to replace a whole set of cordless phones and this was a good price for what looked to be a decent set. I also liked that I could easily add 1 more phone which I did. I really didn't want a lot of features, but just a decent set of 5-6 cordless phones. I really probably could use twice as many as I live with 3 females and phones never seem to make it back to their respective charging bases so it helps to have a LOT of handsets.

Easy to set up and easy to use. Sound over the unit is clear and works great in every room of a small house. There are times when the controls are a little counter intuitive -- pressing the right button to listen to messages by remote took me a minute. But otherwise works great.

The phone with 4 handsets plus the base set was just what I needed to have a phone in every room. If I have an emergency, I can reach 911 from any room without searching for a phone. The phone is easy to use and manipulate. The sound is good and I like the answering machine which beeps every few seconds until I check my messages, so I don't forget to check for messages.

This product is full of features. The sound quality is very good. All modules on various levels of the home respond to the base located at the top-level of the home, with the base being the only device requiring direct connect to phone line.

I had to replace my wireless phone network and this product presents a nice upgrade. I guess many of these phones have similar features, but setting this up was very simple and straightforward. Most important to me is the voice quality, which is much better than my previous system.

This system was VERY easy to set up, easy for all of us to learn and has all of the capabilities we need in our small business; hold, transfer, handheld phones so we can walk around, conferencing, speaker, basically all the simple things. And it was incredibly easy to set up.

We purchased these phones to replace an older set of home phones. It was easy to install, and set up. We got it at a great price especially for 5 phones and an answering machine. Also it was recommend by a Best Buy employee. Now we have new phones all on one system, by AT&T.

These phones were very easy to set up and I love the ease of use and quality of the calls. The best feature is the voice caller-id which announces the caller and makes it easier to continue what I am doing instead of having to go to the phone to see who is calling.

The phone exceeded my expectations, i wish i would have gotten this sooner. i did not have a home phone for at least 10 years but recently began to look into VOIP and cell connect i am really impressed. Now as soon as i walk into my house i put my cell on the charger and forget about it because all of my calls are blue tooth to the house phone, my wife's phone as well and also now i have a google voice voip connection to the phone that i use for regular house line for a third line for free. the phone works great as a intercom, ptt and will even take messages when i am away for the voip line.
