This is one of best Buy's entry level cordless phones, that offer multiple base expandability. I owned the other brand they sell, Vtech, and those phones started to malfunction after a few years of use, so I tried these AT&T phones. I've had good experience with previous AT&T phones so tried these. Good sound quality and range as far as I can see, although I haven't tested range yet. (going outside of house) But seem to work anywhere within my home. Seem solidly made.

These phones were a great addition to my home. Now that I have 3 floors I didn't want to have to climb up and down the steps to go answer or use the phone. Setup was simple and call quality is very good. Volume, caller I'd, speakerphone all work perfect. Paging helps to if you misplace any of them. They all synchronize together quickly.

Bought these specifically for use with Spectrum Voice and they work great. The base station is in the room with the modem and the other phone is on the other side of the house. Phone is very lightweight and easy to use. The cradles don't have much weight to them and tend to slide around a bit but, overall, the phones are great.

The phone is light and I love the big push buttons. When the phone rings, the display panel lights up and so do the push keys. The same thing happens when you pick up the phone. The display panel is also big. Love the phone.

Easy to use, the battery last for long time, well reception. I like it!

I was looking for replacement for me old cordless from the 90's. I wanted something with caller ID, but could do without the annoyance of having to toggle through messages. This was a steal because I get two headsets for the price of one. Good range and not as uncomfortable on my ears as I thought it would be. All and all a great buy.

Bought the phone for my dad. He needed just a simple phone with larger buttons - but that was still cordless. This phone has large, backlit keys - excellent. Very reasonably priced. The only item that kept it from a 5-star rating was the confusing & reappearing message icon. This is just a phone - no answering machine, but I suspect these handsets were designed to work with ATT Phone/Answering machine combo units as well.

Easy to install and good sound, features and appearance.

I had noticed that the sound quality on my old cordless phone was deteriorating and I thought a new phone might cure the problem. My phone service provider is MagicJack (purchased at Best Buy), which has voicemail, so all I was looking for was a cordless phone with decent sound quality. Bells and whistles were meaningless to me. The AT&T cordless phone was inexpensive and it came with a second handset, which I placed in the kitchen. The problem with sound quality (incessantly breaking up) disappeared as soon as I installed the new phone. It has been working flawlessly ever since. "Extras" include caller ID and a handset locator that causes a lost phone to ring wherever it might be in the house.

Easy to set up. Battery lasts about 2 days without a recharge. It has a "find my phone" button.

My wife and I picked these landline phones because we wanted one that could hang on our existing wall jack. The installation was easy. My only "concern" is that the dock does not have any space in the back to store the excess cord. Other than that, the sound is good. The buttons are nice and big. Setting up the presets was easy. All in all, a good phone system for the money.

A good price for two phones, nice features especially the one that automatically adds the directory to both phones regardless of which is used for entry of the information. Nice sound quality and good distance from the base units. The only missing feature that we would like is the bulk deletion of the phone log. Otherwise this would be a 5 star phone.

This phone is clear in both speaker mode and through the receiver. It is a great choice if you have voice mail with your carrier and do not want it on the phone. Caller ID is a nice feature as well. The only drawback is that I have not found a quick dial for the people I call most, although there is a directory for contacts.

Good battery life, good range and loud ringer. Easy to understand menus.

Efficient easy to use Cordless Phone System. Meets all of our needs. Easy to use. All functions identified on screen and easy to find. Good sound quality. Did not need a built in message system since we have on with our AT&T landline.

I purchased this for my in-laws years ago and they still use it to this day so I’m guessing it’s a good product
