I haven't had this very long but I cannot find a single thing to criticize so far. It is loud and clear, which is good because one person using it is hearing impaired. The display is easy to read.

A nice phone for the price, and is better than my previous one. My hard-of-hearing mother can hear us better now. We use it in every room in the house.

These work great. My 92 year old father only has a landline and since he is bedbound (he has sitters) this is the best way to keep up with him when I am not there. He has no problem using them.

I bought these phones for my parents to replace the ones they've had for years that had recently gone bad. They absolutely love them. They aren't too small or too light and "cheap" looking or feeling and the sound quality is good. When I talk to them on the phone, I can also tell a difference in the clarity of their voices. I don't think there's a better cordless phone out there for this price.

The phone itself was good. Clear phone quality. However, I returned it because it was advertised as having talking caller ID which I have become used to after owning several Panasonic phones. If you don’t want that feature and don’t need an answering machine this phone will be a good affordable choice for you n

I bought this phone for my elderly mother, it is perfect for her easy to operate and the speaker phone is an added bonus as she is hard at hearing, and this helps her to hear more clearly.

Nice phones for the price. Retired some 15+ year cordless phones. Nothing fancy, but good sound. Speakerphone feature works well
