I bought two of these phones for my mother (she's 92) and so far she has had no problems. It does have some features that she won't use, but overall I think it's a great phone for a land-line based system.

In a world of cordless phones, it is good to have at least one "corded" phone in the house. The phone is also a good source for my fax machine.

Purchased this corded phone as a backup for my land line. This type of phone will still function, during power outages as it is corded directly into the wall and does not require electricity for operation. Bought one for the home office and one for the bedroom. Clarity of calls quite clear. Recommended by a friend who experienced three hurricanes in Louisiana in 2020 and this type of phone was the only one which worked when Cell Phone, Cable and Electricity was out for two weeks.

Not many people using phones anymore, but nice amount of caller I'd options.

I just needed the most basic phone and this one worked fine. Put batteries in if you want the caller ID. otherwise, it works without it just fine.

Its hard to find a wall mount phone anymore. This one works both on the wall or table.

land line phones feel more secure and personal than cell phones. This one is pretty advanced for the price, and is on a hard wire for a change! Yeah.
