I had to buy a longer handset cord. The one that comes with it is too short. Also, the setup directions were not accurate, and I had to go on line for clarification. The instruction book needs to be changed. Other than that,no issues.

I was just looking for a basic phone with caller ID. I have VM with my phone company so that worked out fine. I would say the only downside is that it has limited volume control. Great for the money till I find what I really want.
