This is an analog phone, whose purpose is to make basic calls. It accomplishes that purpose.

I just had to figure it out by trial and error. I got it figured out and I'm using it now.

Was looking to replace an old Princess style wall phone with a new one. This one fills the bill perfectly.

Just what we wanted, simple phone for my home office

This phone replaced one that was 25 years old. Happy with he purchase.

We needed a corded land line phone that would work when the power went out. This one seems to work well; although, we haven't had an outage since purchasing it.

Not great for a phone The quality of the phone is very poor when you pick up the receiver the base comes with it and dangles in midair. Also the volume is not that good

As far as I can tell the phone is fine and works as expected. This not about the phone. I am not pleased with Best Buy for clearly sending me a phone that had been returned, most especially during the era of COVID in which we live. The top of the box was torn open and there was a tape across the the top that stated inspected. The phone itself was loose in the box. When I pay for something new I expect to receive a new item. Very disappointing.
