Receiver kept falling off base when phone was wall mounted. Returned for a refund

Purchased for sister. Simple, cheap, but works like ones that cost much more.

Works good even in a power outage. Good idea for areas with weak cell service.

It is very important to have it in the house if the power go out

The number display needs more contrast. It is hard to read unless you shine a light on it. Otherwise the phone works OK.

Comfortably in hand but has static when handset pulls on cord when standing to talk. Must lean over table while talking on phone to prevent the light base to stay on table and not pull on cord.

Great for older people to see and hear! Got it for my parents they forget to charge cell phones sometimes!

Needed a corded landline phone.This is a basic phone that does the job but if I had it to do over I would have purchased the next tier. The caller ID is hard to read and the ringer is loud at it lowest setting. It will do the job.

Sometimes reception is tough in my area and cell phones don't work well. That’s why I have a back-up.

Best Buy dropped the ball on this one. Item had been returned & put back on the shelf for purchase with no coil cord and inoperable. Because I was a day behind returning the item, they would neither replace or return the item.

bought for my elderly Mom, she liked the old school phone , easier for her to hear with a more cupped ear speaker.

i wanted something simple, and this phone delivers on that concept. you can hear and people can hear you with no problems.

A garbage phone. The incoming number does not show. We regret buying this. It was an emergency purchase and we blame ourselves for this mistake. This is a bad product.

Doesnt ring. Changed for another one. And it doesnt ring either...

this phone was a bad purchase. It would disconnect when it was answered because the on/off button is in a very bad place. I returned it, and BB gave me a bad time returning it. After complaining they did take it back.

IT'S A PHONE, AND SEEMS TO BE THE ONLY INEXPENSIVE OLD FASHIONED PHONE TO BE MANUFACTURED THESE DAYS,I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THIS MODEL AT LEAST 2-3 TIMES IN THE LAST 2-3 YEARS
