This is my first turntable. My roommate had a silver one and I really enjoyed using it so it lead me to buy this exact model but in black. It's really easy to set up and use. Nice midrange table that won't destroy your records. Audio Technica is a great band, highly recommend!

The turntable was easy to setup, and balancing the needle was breeze. The light for placing the needle is a nice accessory, having 3 speeds is a plus especially since we collect all LP's. and the 45 adapter is nicely tucked away and not an eye sore. It's a beautiful turntable that produces great sound.

This turntable was easy to assemble, it functioned extremely well and it delivered a great sound. Balancing the turntable took the most time but when I heard the sound -- it was worth the effort. I did not try modifying the pitch or tempo of a recording; I like the standard setting.

My 30 plus year old Technics turntable went out on me right before they started shutting everything down. It appears that the motor burnt out in it. I packed it up and hope to get it fixed one day. Until then, I decided to invest in this new one from Audio-Technica. Luckily, I was able to pick this one up from Best Buy using their curb side option...which went very smoothly. My old one was rather simple compared to this and setting this up was a bit of a challenge for someone who hasn't had to mess with something different in a long time. It took a few times and a couple of online videos to get the balance of the arm right...and setting the Anti-Skating mechanism correctly. Using the recommended settings in the instructions didn't work as well for me. After fiddling around with various settings, I was able to get it to sound pretty good for me. I have to admit that it does sound a lot better than my old one. When compared to my old LP player, I do miss the fact that the tone arm would lift and retract by itself when it gets to the end of the record. This new one, everything has to be done by you. Overall, I am pleased with it. I haven't played around with the ability to covert vinyls into mp3s yet. I do like that it has that capability and will eventually get around to tinkering with that function.

I bought this turntable in advance, knowing that the COVID-19 lockdown was coming. What better time to work with getting those old records burned to CD for archive / listening purposes. This unit was easy to assemble, simple to use, and sounds great.

It's great getting back to "old school records. This turntable has thus far done a great job of doing just that. It's was an easy add-on to my existing receiver due to the built in pre-amp. The stylus produces great sound, so long as the tonearm is adjusted and balanced correctly. This is a totally manually operated unit, having to lift arm when record finish's playing. Reminds me of the good old days.

After looking at a lot of record players, I decided on this one. Has the features and tech I was looking for, and the price is very good. This is a great value. And the sound is great! My daughter bought one after hearing mine!

This is a very good turntable for the price. I like the features such as the adjustable counter weight on the tone arm, the anti skip adjustment and being able to level the unit with the adjustable feet. The only thin missing on this model is the tone arm height adjustment. Over sound quality is good, but very sensitive. Feed back though the speakers at louder volumes can happen more frequently than on the cheaper units.

Great quality for the price. Was very easy to put together and ready to use. Paired nicely with my home theater in a box. Some have stated the tca cables are attached. I can confirm they do plug in and can be unplugged from the unit.

Easy to set up, with USB and regular audio hookup to receiver. Even plays 78's. So that was great to listen to my Grand Fathers recordings that we done in 78 speed. Would recommend.

I already have a classic technics direct drive turntable. This is a very decent replacement. I needed to pickup a workhouse turntable, one i would use everyday and not have to worry about price and expensive parts.

An absolutely fantastic turntable for the budding audiophile. This is the turntable that you get when you are ready to take the next step into collecting vinyl records. It’s not so expensive that you suffer buyer’s remorse if you don’t use as often as you thought you would, but also makes it easy to see where your extra money went. The adjustable counterweight on the tone arm, the upgradable sylus (which is more than fine out of the box) pitch control and rpm monitors all provide a sense that this turntable is definitely the next level. Sure, you can easily spend a lot more on a turntable, but many of the subtleties they highlight aren’t noticeable to newer vinyl collectors.

This is the first turntable I have purchased since abandoning vinyl about 30 years ago. My primary objective is to use it to transfer old LP collection to digital. And I wanted a turntable that will do a decent job of capturing the source material faithfully. This turntable will do that job very well. But it is also nice enough to enjoy for those times when I want to queue up an LP to listen to some music "old school". For the money, it is better quality than could be purchased for the same $$ back in the day.

I love this turntable! It was a bit tricky to mount it, but apart from that it doesn’t skip, it flows through the records. This is my first turntable and I am very happy with it. It’s a good buy for beginners.

I decided to get back into vinyl and so I shopped around high and low. This is about the best all around turntable you can get. Most of the issues from previous models have been dealt with. I got it on sale for $225. One thing to note, if you have a subwoofer in the same room, you should remove dust cover for player. Sometimes I could get away with just raising it up, but if the record has good base on it, it would build up a howling sound (which is just feedback), and it gets really bad if you lower the dust cover. So I just set it on the player when not using it, then lift it off completely when playing records. I put some little felt pads on the rear so it does not scratch anything. Cartridge is excellent for this price range.

This turntable allows to directly connect to passive speakers without an amp, the setup is easy as there is a video online, there is a dj feature also , the sound is equivalent to turntable at higher prices

Bought this after a disappoint from an online company on the previous model. This model is missing a couple bells and whistle compare to the previous model, but I can live without them. Overall thoroughly pleased with it. Went to the manufacturer's website and downloaded the manual as you get a quick start pictograms for setup. It took me about 30 min to setup and that includes downloading a protractor to double check cartridge alignment from Vinylengine.com. Put on a new christmas album I bought and was totally surprised by the sound I heard. Then I dug out my albums my jr.high and Highschool says that have not been played in 40 years. What can I say, I would recommend this turntable and buy it again if needed

This turntable will blow your mind! Crystal clear sound, built in amp, affordable! Every bit as good at Technics 1200 which costs a LOT more! Pair with Edifier 1700BT monitors and you're set!

Good quality sound and love the option of digital or coaxial set up. Have it connected to my 1978 Pioneer six-737 and really works well. Have not tried to turn vinyl into digital files yet. With the dust cover hinges had a little more movement in the so that the dust cover could be opened farther other than that really like the product.
