This was an impulse purchase after having just spent over $1,000 for a subwoofer. It is only for use with subwoofers, it has a ground wire at each end if you can find a place to connect it. It cost close to $100 and I really didn't look at what else would do the job. Did it make a difference? I really don't know. With the volume cranked up and bombs going off it was hard to tell if the output was better by using the top of the line cable.

Very nice cable but the problem it was to correct was really a bad amp.

These are some of the better cables one can buy. There is no distortion to the sound, very clear. Easy to install, looks neat and professional.

I purchased this to hook up a Martin Logan subwoofer. It was easy toast up and has been performing well.

Audioquest makes great cables they may be a more little expensive but you get what you pay for,I have had other cheaper cables but were the main difference with Audioquest is in the quality of the construction of the cable also the only other thing I should have done is to buy a little extra length for I could of moved my subwoofer closer to the corner in the room.

I enjoyed this cable's bass sound instantly. It was a smooth bass sound.

I have replaced all of my cables with the Cinnamon and love these cables, they are a bit pricey but worth the money.

Supposedly, the silver in the cable instead of aluminum is supposed to increase sound quality as it is a better conductor. Idk if that's true, and foe the price, Idk if it's worth it. However the system does sound amazing

This is my third Irish Red cable. The first two are for my home theatre setup and this one if for my 2 channel music system. I am not an audiophile by any means. However, I am very statisfied with the quality of Audioquest products. I am using the Irish Red for my new SVS SB2000 subwoofer. The cables are well constructed, look great and the sound quality to me is excellent.

AudioQuest has been around for a long time and I didn't know the company existed until I began purchasing high-end products. I have always believed that to provide the best signal to speakers, a system must have the highest quality cables, connectors and power cords. I believe Best Buy made a wise decision to carry the AudioQuest product line in its Magnolia Rooms and feel the Irish Red subwoofer cable will do my speaker the greatest justice.

As with everything else i buy these cables provide the highest quality in soud and clear video.

Provided a match to the Audioquest HDMI cables. Polk sub sounds great! No hum.

I thought my subwoofer was history with an annoying buzzing sound coming from it. The monster cable wasn't kinked or rusted at all but pretty old. So I thought I'd make the investment and success! The sound is great and pure.....love my surround sound again;-)
