The unit fit great with the existing units already in my vehicle. Easy to operate and great picture.

Everything is great about this overhead but the fm modulator to run through the speaker. I dont know if its my car or the deck but either have it wired in or get the IR headphones or just get a audio jack to run to ur deck via aux.

The Best Buy team did a great job hooking both DVD players to run together it was a necessity for the 15 pass van. Makes life so much better on the long road trips.

I just had this installed in our 2012 Kia Sedona van, and so far it works GREAT!!!! Works well thru the stereo and the wireless headsets we bought separately. Kids love it, so do we!

They did a great Jon on the install. LIke it better than the factory systems.

It was a good buy but the product can be tweeked for further enhancements

I researched for a decent DVD play for my Tahoe, after reading reviews on this one I decided to pull the trigger. Installed the this unit which was fairly easy just time consuming to route everything within the headliner. Work great for about 2 months then stopped working, rechecked all the wiring, the fuse in the black box on the wiring nothing. Nice DVD player would have given 5 stars maybe I just got a bad one.

Player works great. Only drawback is the screen does not rotate 360 degrees as some other less expensive models do. Player comes with 3 color choses, black and 2 shades of gray. BB installed the black version in my light gray colored interior for some reason. Does not effect the operation but looks different. Expected more for $200 install fee.

We had our unit installed by Geek squad, they did a nice job. After using the player for 8 months a DVD got stuck and it would not come out no matter what we tried. I removed the player and returned it to Best Buy for a replacemant under warrantee, no problems. Now a couple of months later with the replacement player we have the same problem ... will not eject the DVD. No unit is good enough to trump the inconveinence of removing the player and returning to Best Buy twice a year. I am now looking for a more reliable player and will try working through Best Buy.

Much better value than dealer installed OEM or aftermarket product. Nice to be able to operate from front seats witht the remote, looks good. Nice install from Geek Squad, well worth the cost ... takes 4-5 hours. Sound sucks on the FM frequency, sounds great on IR. IR headphones from previous Acura work great, don't buy new if you don't have to. We had to return to best buy to get a manual.
