    This camera works great for my needs. Purchased for an SUV that did not have a backup camera, Wired it up to a cigarette plug adapter with a power extension and then a RCA video cable to the monitor. Works great and night vision mode is not bad. Head lights of close up cars look like a glowing ball, but that only con. Works with most monitors. Hardware that came with it is so-so.

    Since my radio had a second input and I park in parking garages a lot I thought it would be nice to have a front cam for pulling up close to the walls so my rear bumper wasn't hanging out in the drive path. This tiny cam hides in the front grill great and is good quality.

    I used this camera not as a backup camera, but for a way to see who is in my girlfriends car's back seat. She drives part time for UBER and feels much safer now that she can see what is going on behind her.

    This is a great, small and easy to place cam. My new Kendwood had 2 cam inputs, so I thought, what the heck, lets put one in the front grill so I can creep up on the low wall in the parking garages. Works a treat. Mount kit and sleek size let me hide it so it doesn't even show.

    I have this camera mounted discreetly in my front bumper to the nav/radio.The idea is to prevent tearing off, or damaging the front, fascia on my SRT Dodge. It seems the camera is well suited to do this job, and keeps me off those pesky parking curbs.
