Had less than a year and it kept creating a block of ice in the top and would not work. Had to email support and they were ZERO help and would not replace the unit. Offered me a 25% discount on a new one i had to buy. (insert eye roll) Will NEVER buy this brand again.

I hadn't bought from BestBuy in a while so I thought I would try them again. BAD IDEA!!! I ordered an A6 water dispenser and I received an A4. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it since returning an online order is an ordeal!! I will never shop BestBuy ever again!!
