I purchased the software & when I clicked on the link to download, it said "Not Found." Tried using different browsers & still got "Not Found." Phone # provided to call Avanquest directly is not a valid phone #. I do NOT receommend purchasing this software.

I click on the download link and it was missing information within the program to continue. No one to call for help on the waste of money program.

Requires paid phone support to make functional

This product has been on the market since at least 2004. For all that time customers have complained about not being able to print tax forms at the end of the year.
Occasionally, Avanquest will issue a patch that is supposed to fix the problem for that year. But they don't have one out currently, and they've never fixed the problem.
Last year, I had to call phone support. They had to fix my program by hand. It looks like I'll have to do that again this year. Never again.
Also, there's another bug that prevents payroll checks from including employee expenses.
