Not the best software. Might be better off with the windows defender system or the geek squad protection.

After 1 hour of trying to install it, it would not initialize. I spent another 90 minutes with phone help and remote control and they could not get it to work either so now I have no protection

tried to install using the easy three step activation but after entering the code for product it instructed me to call AVG directly. I did and they said there was a problem with my install due to somebody using my IP address. They could solve the problem if I buy this other product for $99.00. No thank you!

Asked the associate in this department for help with an internet security program. He told me this is a good one. Well, it is actually a 30 day trial for internet sercuity. Total waste of money. The package does not describe the internet security component as a trial. Worst purchase ever.

I can't see any difference in this and the free app in goggle play for smartphones. I also downloaded this program on my windows computer. After doing so, my web bowsers would most often not load. If they were able to load they were not capable of opening web pages. I eventually uninstalled the program and my computer began working properly.

Bought this to cover all my devices after asking if IPhone and IPad were covered . However when I tried to install found out only Apple computer was covered not their mobile devices.

Had to return item because I was told my Apple mobile devices would be compatible. It only covered Android mobile devices.

Don't like the fact that I have to call some guy to get to work who keeps calling me weeks after

Coming from a tech savy guy, I believe anybody roaming the internet should always have some type of paid antivirus whether it be free from a ISP or free with your PC purchase or got it cheap from a sale. Never buy when its at full price tho, any antivirus that suit the amount of devices you have should work fine. Don't forget to grab Malwarebytes along to get complete protection. AVG ultimate was DOTD and my current AV was expiring soon, so good timing!

Always like AVG, but purchased this thinking we were getting all that it stated and when we went to use the tuneup option it said we had to pay an additional payment. Not happy with this part, thank goodness we just got it when it was on the "deal of the day" instead of paying the full price.

I purchased this as part of a DAILY DEAL offering after TRYING to install & getting it to work (60+ minutes) ------------------- it did all sorts of CRAZY THINGS to my computer ------------------- I gave up and needed to RESTORE my computer (luckily that worked and I was back to normal) --- I have too much information on my computer to leave in the hands of a cheap - nonworking - security system
