Trim Falling Apart & HDMI Port Issues — No Resolut

Purchased this unit a little over a month ago. It arrived on time, but within the first week pieces of the trim were already coming apart. AWOL sent me some courtesy 3D glasses, but that didn’t fix the bigger issue.
One of the HDMI ports shows a strong red tint in the picture. I spent 8 days going back and forth with customer service sending videos and trying their troubleshooting steps, but nothing resolved the problem.
I asked for a replacement, but they continue asking for more videos. I’m not a technician—I just want a replacement or refund. Since it was purchased online, I can’t return it to Best Buy.
As of 3/13 I still haven’t received a response about a replacement or return. For the price I paid, this experience is unacceptable. I won’t be buying from this brand again.

Simply amazing!!! Everything looks bright, sharp, and vibrant. I spend more time watching everything and gaming in my theatre room than in my living room on the 60" LG OLED C1, because it looks so good.
