    This worked most of the time but some time the controls do not respond or the buttons get stuck. Sometime i try to turn the radio down but the volume goes up to the max

    Used this for an upgrade on our 2010 Prius. Best Buy did the installation and it works great. The only concern I have is that they have the volume up/down working correctly but the bottom steering buttons that should cycle through the presets are programmed to do a station scan, which is not what I want. I asked about this and the tech said that is the only thing it can do. I think he simply wanted to avoid programming this to work as I expected. Going back to rectify.

    Did exactly what it needed to do. When I replaced the radio in my Accord I didn’t bother with the steering wheel controls. I didn’t think I would miss it that much so I skipped it. A few months later I was back in the dash to correct that. This did the job perfectly and was easy to connect and program.
