Functions perfectly with my Level Lock. Buttons don’t press, the are capacitive. Slightly larger than it needs to be. But overall it does the job.

If you purchase a level lock, this keypad is an absolute necessity. It’s essentially the only component that functions correctly with the lock. However, I strongly advise against buying a level lock with a great design, but with poorly implemented locks. Trust me, read the app reviews on the Android Play Store or the Apple App Store. The current ratings are less than 2.5 stars on iOS and below 2 stars on Android. Additionally, the Wi-Fi frequently disconnects.

a bit of an awkward size / shape to fit on the door, ended up mounting off to the side. Don't need to us it since the door unlocks for me automatically as I approach the door but serves as a backup just in case

Lock works quickly once code is entered. Wish there was a light or sound verification at the keypad that the code was entered correctly. Hard to hear the lock sounds through the door.

This keypad stopped working consistently after a month. One day it just didnt unlock the door. Best Buy refuses to give me a refund as it malfunctioned outside of the 15-day return window - imagine that. Huge waste of $80+. Go with a more reputable brand.

Check your door hole size

Seems cool but didn’t work for my house the pin hole that goes in the door hole is bigger than the one from my existing door lock. And since I rent I didn’t want to modify the door hole so didn’t work for me.

This looks nice in theory, but in practice it doesn’t work well the lock barely works save your money and go elsewhere

I just installed a couple days ago. Worth every penny

We have the keypad mounted 8 inches from the level bolt lock and it constantly fails to unlock/ lock the door. We have to input the code three, four and sometime five times before the lock will respond. The battery didnt last three months before it had to be replaced. I would have expected much better battery life. Overall very poor quality and software.

Great idea, poor execution is the fully sum of my experience with this keypad. I’ve had 1 completely die on me. Another reboots or crashes when entering a PIN code 50% of the time. Both are in an area with strong WiFi signal, so the experience has been very disappointing. They need a serious overhaul.

Whole Level Lock ecosystem is okay at best

Bought to replace one that already broke, turns out the first one didn't break it's just unreliable. I bought two level kits (lock, connect, keypad) and they've provided nothing but headaches since.
