Works as advertised, though the battery life could be better.

The sound in these is just subpar compared to my AirPods. I wanted to love them but I’m not able to adjust the EQ to make the sound feel full. They are comfortable but every time I adjust them I hit the start play button, which is annoying.
Sadly I’m one day past the return date or these would be going back to pasture.

All earbuds depend on having a good fit…if they don’t they sound bad and aren’t fun to wear. I own the AirPods Pro, AirPods 3, Beats Studio Buds, and Galaxy Buds Pro…the Beats Fit Pro have the best fit and best sound overall. I also like that these earbuds work with Android phones and tablets the same as they do Apple devices. Here is the good and bad:
1. Best fit I’ve ever had on earbuds. I can walk, talk, chew, and workout…they don’t move or slowly wiggle loose. They are also comfortable and I couldn’t feel the ear fins at all.
2. These deliver great sound quality and bass. The bass doesn’t drown out the vocals at all and everything sound clean. Spatial audio with music and movies sound great thanks to the extra bass. Sound has no latency with videos or gaming.
3. Battery life is great. I was able to get 4 hours of straight listening and still had plenty of battery left. I’ll only need to charge the case once or twice a week at the most.
4. The charging case has been called out for not being able to charge wirelessly but I love that it has USB-C charging instead of lightning charging. I’m able to use fast charging bricks so they charge up faster then AirPods. Wireless charging was cool 2 years ago but it’s the slowest way to charge any device so not having it isn’t a big deal for me.
5. These are cheaper than the AirPods Pro but they have all the same features except wireless charging. That’s a good deal and once they go on sale for the holidays they will be a steal.
The bad:
* It took a little practice getting them in my ears the first time. You have to press down on the ear tips while placing them in your ear.
* If you don’t like earbuds with silicone tips…these aren’t for you.
Bottomline…the Beats Fit Pro check every box on features with ANC, Transparency Mode, Spatial Audio, great sound, great clean bass, comfortable to wear, great battery life, and don’t need constant adjusting. I love my AirPods Pro but they aren’t good for working out and over time they need adjusting…these solve that problem and are the perfect earbuds for me. I use them with my iPhone 13 Pro, iPad Pro, and GS21 Ultra business phone and no issues so far.

I expected better quality from apple. The auto connect needed to be reset multiple times. The sound quality for music was great for calls not so much. I spent to much money on the purchase of these to have as much frustration as they have given me. Not worth the money at all. I prefer samsung buds fe over beats truefit pro

I loved these while they lasted as simple as that! After about 10 months the left wingtip completely tore off and now that side will not stay in my ear therefore voiding any usefulness I have for it! For $200 you’d think they’d make the wingtips more durable but nope & they’re on sale now but why buy them again if my next pair will probably have torn wingtips in 6 months! Before then they were 5 stars, always stayed in my ear no matter if I was working out or just laying down. And the battery life was amazing I never had to worry about them dying on me, but because I paid $200 for a product that only lasted 10 months I am not happy! Do better beats!

I bought these because no matter how I tried, AirPods would not stay in my ear. I had previous success with the Bose wingtips style so I thought I’d give these a try since they had the wingtips plus were actually made by Apple. Unfortunately, the wingtips ripped within a year and Apple doesn’t offer any type of option to replace just the wingtip part. This is a known issue and there’s a ton of people who have reported the same issue online. I would steer clear from these until Apple corrects the inherent design flaw in them. If you need/want wingtip earbuds, this is not one that will last.

My ears are on the smaller side, and these are very uncomfortable and are actually painful. I’ve tried each size of insert as well but I can only wear them for maybe 20 minutes before needing to take them out. After removing them my ears are sore for at least 30 minutes. They also suck for phone calls. If you try to readjust the headphones in anyway, it’ll hang up on your call. Bestbuy only has a 15 day return period (I thought it was 30). I came back from a family emergency out of state and when I went to return them, I was told I was a week too late. I was told to contact customer support because they “could help” and all they said was ‘sorry they hurt your ears, but we have to abide by our 15 day policy’. This is my first awful experience with Bestbuy so I’m pretty bummed.
