Great but has a few issues

These headphones are Great, but have a few issues. The materials are amazing, they have a quality feel to them. Battery lasts for about a week. Transparency mode is very useful. Charging time is very low. However, out of the box, sound quality is weird. There is too much midrange and not enough bass, I had to put sound enhancements for it to get more low range. After about half an hour, ears start to hurt from the fit, you might need to adjust it. The noise cancellation works but takes some getting used to. When first used, my ears felt like I was on an airplane, but this will go away after a day or 2. Overall, I give them a 4/5, would recommend to a friend.

The good: - Great sound quality - Rich bass - Pretty much no sound bleed - Great noise cancelling - Pairing is really easy with apple devices - Battery life is pretty great, lasted me many days before needing to recharge - They recharge very quickly - They look great The bad: - They clamp too hard around your head, especially around the top of the head - Transparency mode is disappointing, it’s almost as if it weren’t there - Noise cancelling is there, but I’ve tried better ones - They’re a but too big for me, even to carry them around my neck If you don’t care about transparency mode and have no issues carrying and wearing them, these headphones are for you.

Short Answer: GET THESE HEADPHONES!!! I love beats headphones but I haven't had a pair in a while. I was debating between the Truly Wireless PowerBeats and these. I ultimately chose these and I'm so glad I did! First off, the color is beautifully neutral, which I love. Secondly, the sound is out of this world. The noise cancellation is great and they have a feature to turn off the noise cancellation so you can hear the surrounding noises. This is a great feature! Third, they are very comfortable. I can easily wear these for 2 to 3 hours without feeling any discomfort anywhere on my head. Fourth, switching over from one device to another is a breeze. Fifth, just opening the headphones from the folded position to turn them on is a fantastic and an easy to use feature. Lastly, the battery life is insane! The charge itself lasts about 3 or 4 days and it charges very quickly. One time they were at 18% and I put them on their charger for 5 or 7 minutes and when I took them off, they were at 95%!! They are a little steep in price but I'm expecting them to last for years and the quality is so good, the price is worth it.

Sound, comfort, noise cancelling is very good but compared to Studio model can't get same volume/loudness. For some this may be a good feature to protect ears, but..I like my music very loud at times. I like the phone app also seems to allow for immediate bluetooth pairing and can see battery good feature.

Bought these a while back but have moved onto Air Max’s. These just weren’t big enough for my head. The ear pads stopped well short of my ear lobe which made the fit a little funky. My hat size is 7 5/8 if that helps with virtual fitment. They were exactly what I wanted though: on ear and Apple ecosystem approved. Pairing was perfect, sound was better than what Beats were typically known for, they charged via Lighting and felt rugged which is probably the thing I miss most about them. The Max’s demand TLC and cost even more money to keep them pristine, all that in the form of covers for the earcups and a case since the apple one is….terrible for lack of a better word. So, long story short, these are awesome cans IF they fit your noggin!

Brought these as a gift. I won the gift giving on this occasion. They look stylish, feel very comfortable, and the noise cancelling works great. For the price they are a solid options without having to pay a ton.

Tbh, I needed headphones to drown out my neighbors. They worked perfectly! Now I occasionally use them to work out with. No sound problems, Bluetooth connection issues, or erosion on padding.

I'm well into the Apple ecosystem with my Macbook, iPhone, and iPad. So it made logical sense to try out the Solo Pros. As I read the reviews, the biggest complaint was that the headphones were not comfortable as the fit was too tight. So I expected to like these but not over long periods of time. I also expected good quality sound, but not incredible. The good news is that these headphones exceeded my expectations. As for the fit, it's secure, but I didn't find it necessarily uncomfortable. It seemed fine and didn't result in ear fatigue. As for the sound quality, it was much better than I expected. The sound is well balanced with good depth. Two big perks that I didn't expect is the auto connect and the microphone. First, connecting to my iPhone simply by opening the headphones is awesome. It's so convenient and I can't imagine having any headphones without this feature. Second, the microphone is fantastic. I now make all my calls with these headphones on. Everyone says they sound great and most can't even tell that I'm communicating through headphones. Overall, a great product that has many uses. At the gym, their small enough to still look and sound good. At work, they are excellent for calls. At home, they are great for kicking back listening to music. I'm really happy with my purchase.

These beats are some of the best headphones you can buy on the market today. They are very comfortable and the sound quality is absolutely fantastic. Deep rich Bass with clear highs and perfect mids. Well worth the money and super easy to connect to any Bluetooth device.

These were an upgrade from the original wired Beats and these are so much better. The fit is nice, seriously noise cancelling, more volume than you could ask for, great for talking on the phone. No complaints about these. They hold a charge great, easy to use and connect to your phone.

I was incredibly impressed by the noise cancelling features, you can really tell the difference and is super helpful to be able to turn it off. They charge very quickly. I would say they appear a bit small on the head but after wearing them for a while they’re not uncomfortable.

This is a great product, I enjoy how it connects to my devices as soon as I crack them open. No problems what so ever, you can't go wrong with these for indoors or mowing your lawn since it blocks much of the outside noise.

My go-to headphones: I use these everyday, mostly at home. They're perfect with the H1 chip to have multi-point connections between my iPhone, iPad, and MacBook, without disconnecting and pairing manually. The sound is different from the solo3, tighter bass less punchy, more balanced with great clarity and warm mid-range. The design and build quality is excellent, they're the same color and fit now, a year later without any visible scratches or dents. They have often been in my backpack and never had any issues. They shine in terms of blocking out external noise, no these are not like Bose QCII noise canceling, but they're compact, comfortable, less expensive, more useful to me for everyday use and for on-ear headphones, an excellent combination of build/sound/ease of use. Highly recommended, and I bought these at full price too, now they're even more of a great value!

The sound unlike beats from previous years is more balanced but with a good emphasis on bass. Coupled with fantastic batter life and very good noise cancellation with arguably the best design among its competitors its hard to beats these solo pros.

Purchased two beats headphones in February one for me and one for my wife. I gave her these because the on ear headphone was to small for my ears. I ended up going with the studio 3 beats because they go over the ear. Apparently I have a big head/ears. But I loved the build feels a lot better from the previous beats. Only down fall for me was the ON EAR headphones. They sound good and are really snug on your ears. If you wear glasses your ears will eventually feel some discomfort from wearing it to long. Other than that they’re pretty solid headphones. I’m not a big audio sound guy but and I’m sure they’re are better headphones but for someone who is not familiar in the audio world these are solid.

There are few headphones on the market that give you a similar use-of-use as these do. Being able to simply fold them up to shut them off is a lovely feature. Coupled with Apple’s H1 chip, long battery life, and better than usual Beats sound, these are a reliable set of cans ... if you can handle the clamp. The on-ear nature of these headphones alongside the noise canceling (which I consider good—not incredible—ANC) means that the clamping force on these are quite rough. It may differ from person to person and not bother everybody the same, but I simply couldn’t handle wearing these for more than an hour before my ears started to get majorly fatigued. It’s a shame, because it checks every other box for me. They’re worth checking out if you think you can get passed that tight pressure on the ears.
