Aux into one, fast charger into the other, you get good quality music and 18w charging using this splitter dongle. If you can tolerate a ton of wires though, be warned. Zip tie or tape the separate wires together and it helps remove the cable clutter in your car or office space, there’s a PC building tip for you.

This item is bulky and pain to have to plug both you charging cord and power cord into, but that being said with the new iPhone you don't have much choice and for its use the item is great

Really appreciate being able to run into Best Buy for last minute availability for electronics, and this adapter was a great example. I prefer Belkin-branded products since they always work as expected, don’t show up when plugged in as “not recognized”.

does what i need it to which is charge while cabled to speaker

Functionally, it does exactly what it needs to: charges the phone while playing audio. However, in the car, it causes a slight hum/ringing that seems to be consistent with the RPMs of the engine. Not sure why. Listening to music, it's not obvious. But when listening to a podcast, it's slightly annoying.

Works great for my headset and charging. I use it in my car.

for someone who works as a sound engineer both in school and for the public, it's important to have all the adapters you need for various situations....these adapters are perfect...quality craftsmanship and a great price.

Connects the audio fine and no issues. A little larger than i would like.

I am so pleased with this purchase. It is perfect for me to listen to music and keep my phone alive, which was definitely an issue for me before. The adapter works seamlessly and I would definitely recommend to anyone who prefers wired headphones (and likes their phone to be fully juiced whilst listening to music!)

I really love the aux piece .I enjoy being able to drive and talk on the phone it now holding my Phone i think everyone should get one.

I, like most iPhone users, hated the loss of the headphone jack. Especially frustrating was realizing you couldn’t charge and listen simultaneously. Resenting the expense I opted to go generic. Bad move. Two ports but I could still only charge or I could listen. The Belkin does both and very well. Happy.

This adapter does exactly as the description describes. I’m able to listen to music with wired headphones and charge my iPhone 8 Plus all at the same time. Gave 4 stars only because the cord is very stiff so it makes it hard to hold the iPhone when traveling. I would’ve liked the cord to be similar in flexibility to the Apple Lightning Headphone Jack adapter.

This dongle works good. Allows the phone to charge while also providing a headphone jack. Ya know, like how most modern day phones do WITHOUT a dongle. But it’s Apple so what are ya gonna do? I use mine to charge while plugged into a sound mixer for sound effects on my podcast and for that it’s really the only thing that works with this darn iPhone 7.

Got it bc was going to be gone for an extended time so iPad needed to charge while still having audio music play and it was great!

There are products like this that are less than half the price but that are far inferior. This has excellent build quality, and unlike the cheaper options I've tried, it maintains a consistent connection and does not impair the sound that comes through your earphones. If it remains durable, this will have been a great buy.

Great product, helps me with connecting my monitors to my laptop for work, definitely makes it easier for work data, trainings, projects, etc...
